Liability Disclaimer

1. Platform Role

Lumakaizo LLC, through MyProjectPreview, provides software that helps contractors create and share project previews, proposal information, and related client-review links. We are not a party to any contract between a contractor and a client.

We do not employ, license, insure, vet, endorse, supervise, or guarantee any contractor or client. Any project agreement, payment, warranty, workmanship obligation, dispute, or legal claim is between the contractor and client.

2. AI Preview Limits

AI-generated images and text are for illustrative and drafting purposes only. They may include errors, artifacts, unrealistic materials, inaccurate dimensions, missing site constraints, code issues, or details that differ from the completed project.

AI previews are not construction drawings, specifications, engineering documents, architectural plans, permit approvals, safety instructions, or professional advice. Contractors must review all generated content before sharing it or relying on it.

3. Contractor Responsibilities

Contractors using the Service are responsible for:

• Required licenses, permits, registrations, insurance, bonds, and qualifications.
• Accurate pricing, measurements, scope descriptions, timelines, warranties, and contract terms.
• Compliance with building codes, zoning rules, safety rules, consumer-protection laws, and trade-specific requirements.
• Explaining to clients that generated previews are conceptual and may not match the final project exactly.

4. Client Due Diligence

Clients viewing a proposal or preview through the Service should conduct their own due diligence before hiring a contractor or approving work. This includes checking licensing, insurance, references, contract terms, permits, scope, materials, payment schedule, warranties, and local legal requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumakaizo LLC, MyProjectPreview, and their affiliates are not liable for contractor work, project delays, defects, injuries, property damage, client-contractor disputes, financial losses, inaccurate AI outputs, or reliance on conceptual previews. Additional liability limits are set out in our Terms of Service.
